Michelle Lando

Co-Founder & Principal

Michelle Lando is a co-founder and principal of Landca Development Corp, where she leads the firm’s hotel development advisory practice.

A Vancouver-based hotel development consultant working globally, Michelle helps real estate developers enter and execute hospitality projects, guiding them from early concept through operator selection and delivery. She trained at École hôtelière de Lausanne, has hands-on experience in five-star hotel operations, and has spent the greater part of the past two decades in hotel development.

Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America, she has built a trusted global network of operators, architects and specialist consultants. She uses it to connect developers with the right partners at the right stage, which reduces risk and improves project outcomes.

Separately, Michelle has partnered with ROAM, a leading luxury hospitality interior design firm, supporting their expansion into international markets and giving clients access to world-class design capability when appropriate.

Morgan Allan

Co-Founder & Principal

Morgan Allan is a co-founder and principal of Landca Development Corp, where he leads the firm’s industrialized construction, development advisory and project delivery work.

He is currently VP Business Development, Commercial & Industrial at RSG 3-D, a US manufacturer of ICC-certified structural concrete insulated panels, where he built the C&I division and leads the company’s entry into the Canadian market. Before that he spent six years at Nexii Building Solutions as one of its earliest senior hires, helping take precision-manufactured building panels from an unproven idea to commercial scale and the company from startup to a double-unicorn valuation over six years. He describes that period as a masterclass in selling a better idea into an industry built to resist change.

Alongside that work he founded and ran Lighthouse Procurement Logistics for a decade, serving complex construction and infrastructure projects. Earlier, at Weatherhaven and SpaceMax, he managed remote and international special projects with global EPCs across mining, energy and infrastructure in Africa and the Americas, using manufactured building systems where conventional construction was not viable. Every company he has worked with since has built off site, from shelter systems to panels, which is the root of his conviction that manufactured building solutions are the future of complex project delivery, not a niche.

He is also a co-founder and strategic advisor to Luvante, an overhead EV charging infrastructure company in Canada, and leads Landca’s AI strategy and implementation work, helping real estate, construction and AEC firms put AI to practical use.

Morgan holds a BSc in Aeronautical Science from the University of North Dakota and is based in West Vancouver, British Columbia.
